Services

Triverus provides fully staffed services for pervious pavement maintenance, mold and mildew remediation, parking facility cleaning, marine and drydock cleaning, and stormwater pollution prevention. Our teams deploy specialized vehicles and proprietary technology to restore and maintain surfaces — protecting infrastructure, meeting regulatory requirements, and keeping facilities operating at peak performance.

Pervious Pavement Maintenance

Pervious concrete, asphalt, and interlocking concrete pavers require specialized maintenance to preserve water infiltration capability. Left uncleaned, organic deposits and sediment create macro-plugging that reduces permeability, causes puddling, and invites moss growth and surface spalling.

Triverus uses the Municipal Cleaning Vehicle (MCV) — featuring the widest 60-inch cleaning deck in its class — with low-pressure, chemical-free vacuum recovery systems that capture sub-micron particles. Most clogged surfaces can be restored without replacement.

Mold & Mildew Remediation

Mold and mildew accumulation in facility environments creates health hazards, structural damage, and regulatory liability. Triverus provides fully staffed remediation services using proven recovery and recycle technology that eliminates microbial growth while capturing contaminants — preventing cross-contamination and protecting air quality.

Our chemical-free, water-based cleaning approach is safe for occupied facilities and compliant with environmental standards, available for interior and exterior surfaces across commercial, aviation, municipal, and industrial facilities.

Parking Facilities Cleaning

Parking decks, garages, and surface lots accumulate oil, sediment, and chemical runoff that threatens structural integrity and stormwater permit compliance. Triverus deploys the Municipal Cleaning Vehicle — with its 60-inch cleaning path, all-wheel steering, and sub-nine-foot turn radius — to efficiently service multi-level facilities, tight turning areas, and high-traffic zones with minimal operational disruption.

Our recovery systems capture all runoff, ensuring facilities remain environmentally compliant while reducing the buildup that leads to costly structural repairs over time.

Marine & Drydock Cleaning

Triverus cleaning technology was originally engineered for U.S. Navy aircraft carriers — giving our marine and drydock services a foundation built for the world’s most demanding environments. The MCRRS (Mobile Cleaning, Recovery & Recycle System) restores surface friction, manages waste using water-based methods, and meets strict environmental compliance standards.

Our drydock services address oil contamination, biological fouling, and chemical residue while fully recovering all wastewater — protecting waterways and maintaining compliance with port authority and environmental regulations.

Stormwater Pollution Prevention

EPA MS4 stormwater compliance requires proactive surface cleaning to prevent pollutants from entering waterways. Triverus provides stormwater pollution prevention services that remove organic material, sediment, heavy metals, and chemical contaminants from pervious and impervious surfaces — reducing runoff loading and maintaining permit compliance year-round.

Combining pervious pavement maintenance with regular surface cleaning programs allows municipalities and facility operators to dramatically reduce non-point source pollution while extending the service life of stormwater infrastructure.
