Chemical-free surface cleaning for pervious pavement, parking facilities and stormwater compliance

Since 2001, Triverus has engineered and built surface cleaning vehicles in Palmer, Alaska. Our machines lift sediment, oils and metals out of the surface with pressurized water and vacuum everything back on board, so it never reaches the storm drain. Property managers, HOAs, contractors and municipalities hire our crews, and agencies buy the same machines to run themselves.

Two ways to put Triverus to work

Hire our crew to clean it for you, or buy the machine and run it yourself. The cleaning system is the same either way.

Independent testing · UNH Stormwater Center

A failed lot, draining again

In 2019 the University of New Hampshire Stormwater Center measured two clogged porous asphalt lots before and after cleaning with the Triverus MCV, using the ASTM C1701 infiltration test.

  1. It clogs from the top down

Sand, silt and organic debris fill the pores, so water runs off instead of soaking in.

  2. Water lifts it out

Pressurized spray pulls embedded material out of the voids instead of pushing it deeper.

  3. Vacuum takes it away

Water and solids come back on board, so nothing washes into the storm drain.
